Create ad revenue integrations, or update existing ones, for one or more apps and partners.

An integration that already exists for the same app and network is fully replaced (integration type, credentials, and source_event).

The request is atomic: either every integration in it is applied, or none is. Send up to 1000 integrations per request.

A new integration takes effect immediately. An update to an existing integration takes effect at 00:00 UTC the following day.
