Delete the ad revenue integrations of the given apps. To delete only some partners, add a network query parameter for each one. Without it, all the integrations of the apps are deleted.

The request is atomic: if any app or network in the request has no integration, the call returns 404 and nothing is deleted.

The deletion takes effect immediately.
